The pipeline: from first call to enrolled student
Video coming — The pipeline, stage by stage
Opportunities is your sales board: one card per prospective student, arranged in columns from 'just called' to 'enrolled'. It exists so that no lead ever depends on your memory.
- 1
Stages mirror how a student actually signs up
A typical flight-school pipeline runs: New lead → Discovery booked → Flew, following up → Enrolled. We set the stages up with you at onboarding; the names matter less than the rule that every prospect sits in exactly one of them.

Cards appear and move automatically
When the Receptionist books a discovery flight, the caller's card slides into 'Discovery booked' without anyone touching it. Automations handle the routine moves; the board is always current because no human has to remember to update it.

Drag cards for the human moments
Student signs up at the front desk after their flight? Drag their card to 'Enrolled' — or click into the card and mark it won. Walk-in who's never called? Add a card by hand so they're in the system and get the same follow-up as everyone else.

Filter the board
With filters you can slice the board — by stage, by who owns the lead, by when it was last touched. 'Show me everyone in follow-up untouched for a week' is the single most valuable view in the whole platform.

Won, lost, and not-now
Mark enrolled students won and genuinely-dead leads lost — but keep 'not right now' people in a follow-up stage instead. A lost card leaves the pipeline; a nurture-stage card keeps getting touched until the season or the budget changes.

The Monday habit
Five minutes, once a week: open Opportunities, scan the follow-up column, and personally call anyone who's been sitting too long. The system does the chasing; the owner's voice closes the ones worth closing.
